The requirements
Your motorcycle must be:
- entry inspected
- be in roadworthy condition (ie be able to pass a WoF inspection and not be rusty)
- manufactured to meet a brake standard if manufactured after 1 October 2002
- manufactured to meet other vehicle standards depending on its date of manufacture.
