This Landscape & Urban Design Framework was prepared to provide an overall design direction for the Newmarket Viaduct Project (the Project). The Framework seeks to establish a balance between the State highway safety and operational objectives and the wider physical and environmental considerations relating to Newmarket as an urban area.
