Fuel farm feasibility study

The purpose of this study was to consider a business case for establishing a fuel tank farm, supported by a small coastal tanker ship, at the port of Westport in order to meet the fuel requirements of Westland. The study was funded through the 2008/09 Domestic Sea Freight Development Fund (DSFDF) and was undertaken by Buller Port Services Ltd.
