NZTA's contract procedures manual contains procedures for procurement.

Part A contains procedures relating to the contracting of professional services and physical works and will generally be used for works contracted by the NZTA’s Highways and Network Operations (HNO) group.

Part B contains procedures for the procurement of goods and services related to internal operations, and will generally be used by all groups for expenditure from administration budgets.
