Our people

Updated: 5 December 2011

Meeting the land transport needs of New Zealanders requires the contribution of highly experienced people drawn from an expansive range of skills. Planners and policy analysts, engineers, business advisors, contract specialists, IT, legal, property and financial professionals are among key career disciplines of our land transport activities.

Managing our business is a Senior Leadership Team (SLT) that comprises the chief executive, six group managers, and four regional directors. The chief executive reports to a statutory Board, which is appointed by the Minister of Transport.
